Orders will be shipped directly to you from the owner. Most orders take around two to three weeks to arrive, depending on how swamped we get with orders. Hand-crafted items (available soon) generally ship out within a week. Garage sale items ship out very next day or day after. If orders are to take longer to arrive, the owner will be in contact with you, to give you the details about the delay. With all orders payment must be received first before item(s) will be shipped to you.

Please make all payments in US Funds only. Shipping times will vary depending on how long it takes for your item(s) to be inspected and go through customs.

We do offer combined shipping when multiple items are ordered at the same time. If you have ordered multiple items please await an invoice from us before submitting payment.

Redeeming is simple, all you have to do is add items from our store to the cart. Once you have the items you want simply fill in all required information. If you happen to run over the amount supplied on your card, await an invoice, in which you will have the option to pay for the remaining amount owed, securely through PayPal. If you prefer to send payment via check or money order, just simply print out the invoice and send along with your payment. Once payment is received your items than will begin processing and shipped as soon as we can get them to you.

This option is only available for those associated with Bluerose's Gifts & More, and family of the owner and associates of Bluerose's Gifts & More. In time, once you have been established as a trusted customer this option may become available to you as well.

We do provide rush shipping. There is a $20.00 to $30.00 fee that will be charged, depending on size of item. For those wishing to have rush shipping please include a note with your order and await a revised invoice which will be e-mailed to you, before sending payment. Again you are not required to sign up for or pay through PayPal. Rush shipments are only available to street addresses.

Make sure you have clicked on the right amount you wish to send. Next fill in the address portion with the gift card receivers address, telephone and e-mail should be your own, just in case we are having problems and need to get in contact with you. If designs choices are available make sure to supply the choice of design in the note to seller section of the order form. Click on one of the available payment choices, pay for the card and you are done. Please note gift cards will not be sent until the amount owed is received.

Countries will be added as soon as we are able to correctly calculate shipping prices. If you do not see your country listed than it is a country we do not as of yet ship to. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
