I've been in business both offline and online since October of 2004, both have been pretty decent for me, but still struggling with the online front. I always conduct myself in a professional/friendly manner when dealing with any sort of situation, and I don't believe in scamming people out of their hard earned money, what customers pay for they will receive, even if that requires me to walk on water to get the item to the customer.
When you visit my store, you will see I have a wide range of items to offer up, from used to new home decor, furniture, collectibles, toys, and in the future craft supplies (still looking into a reliable supplier) and hand-crafted items (still working on getting a surplus in stock so I can ship as quickly as possible).
I try to keep the site updated and current on a weekly basis, so customers aren't dealing with out of stock, or discontinued items. Sometimes OS (out of stock) and discontinued item slip ups will happen, but hey no one is perfect.
I try to process orders as soon as I receive them, but I do have a family life too and they are just as important to me as any sort of business deal. Also sometimes things are out of my control and things will happen, in either case your order will be processed in a timely fashion.
